To obtain a Special 教育 Endorsement, students must take the required initial certification courses and the following four(4) courses:

Early Childhood (14.5 course units), Elementary (14.5 course units), or Middle School with Subject Matter Specialization Endorsement (15.5个课程单元):
In addition to the courses below, the co-concentration also requires one(1) course unit to be taken from BIO/化学加工/CMP/INT/m/体育/SCI depending on students’ interest. Courses to be selected with the approval of a Mathematics Advisor.
* m 106 Mathematics for Elementary School Teachers is required for the Elementary and Early Childhood and Special 教育 and Early Childhood Co-Concentrations.
* m 130 and m 160/m 161 are required as part of the General 教育 Core for Mathematics Co-Concentration.
In addition to the courses below, the co-concentration also requires one(1) course unit to be taken from BIO/化学加工/CMP/INT/m/体育/SCI depending on students’ interest. Courses to be selected with the approval of a Mathematics Advisor.

Additional Information
To remain in the 教育 项目 students must maintain a cumulative 3.0 grade point average and must earn a “C” or better in all education courses.
